My family and I just rented a 25' Mako from Ocean Runner for 5 days. Our boat was perfect every day and the staff was very helpful in planning our trips. I could not imagine renting from another company in the future. Thanks to Steve and the staff!

My wife and our friends just returned from a week on St. John. We rented a boat from Ocean Runner for two of the days. It is the only way to really experience the Islands. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat days and Steve and his staff made sure every detail was taken care of to have a fun and safe day on the water. 10 out of 10, we all would highly recommend Ocean Runner. Steve and team, I just want to thank you for what was the high point of our week stay in the USVI. Your captain Jason took us from St John to Tortola to Norman Island (where we had an awesome fresh mahi burger and cold red stripe at Willie T's) then off to Jost Van Dyke for a painkiller at the Soggy Dollar. Great way to see more than the typical sites and truly experience it. Snorkeling at Norman was unbelievable including cave snorkelying too. Jason not only was a safe and seasoned captain, he was a great host. Ocean Runner is a definite to do the next time we come down !!
We had the best time on our excursion with Captain Jason. We saw and did new things and found this to be the best boating company to use, and we have used several. The owner, Steve, was very friendly and the staff very accomodating. And, we LOVE our survival bracelets made by Jason for a good cause! See you next year!!!
We had a blast! Our captain, Jason, was beyond amazing! Not only is he a captain but also a Dive Master, EMT, Contractor, Bartender and Server and I am sure much much more. He made our trip complete by introducing us to cliff diving/jumping. (next time i will do it too). Thanks so much for everything and we will see you again in August!!! Thanks for the upgrade Steve...you ROCK!
You are very welcome. I am afraid we may lose Jason to the Armed Services. He may soon be flying helicopters instead of driving boats, saving lives or teaching others to dive.
Steve provided the best day of our recent vacation to St John & St Thomas. Knowledgable and engaging, he safely took our party to all the best spots for snorkeling and drinking. It was non pretentious, and financially reasonable. We will recommend his operation by visiting again.

When we arrived on St John, we had no intetnion of renting a boat. But we are sure glad we did. We called Ocean Runner to see if they had one available, and it was our luck they did! We rented the boat with a captain. Captain Buttercup (Connor) was amazing. He took us to Jost and then to a private cove for some snorkling. Had a wonderful day! I highly recommend Ocean Runner for your next boating experience! We will be using them agian in 2013! Coming back to paradise! Thank you Ocean Runner!!!

We have used Ocean Runner quite a few times during our family vacations and always have had a wonderful day. Last year we had a larger group and had to use another company. The difference was obvious from the get-go. Of course we enjoyed the day - it's impossible not to - but the overall experience was not up to what we have enjoyed with Ocean Runner.

The boat we rented from Ocean Runner was well-maintained, the staff were courteous and obviously experienced, and the advice and service excellent! We would strongly recommend OR to anyone seeking a powerboat rental while visiting St John.
