Steve,

Hey, I just wanted to apologize for forgetting to bring you the money for the snorkel gear we used after our boat trip. I am truly sorry. We had such a great time; I appreciate you making our trip so fun. Thanks again and please forgive me for forgetting...

This letter was accompanied by a check for $14 for the snorkel gear.

Thanks to Captain Jimmy for the best snorkeling on the island and a once around to boot!

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your professionalism and patience with us renting your boat for the week. We always look forward to it and we are glad someone owns it now that sees the bright future this business has down there.

We look forward to doing the same thing next year. We'll be there for 7 days of rental around the last week of October, 2012. I let you know when we get closer.

I have owned many boats over the years and have always loved the water, even the cold waters off the New England coast. A friend told me I could rent a boat to take out myself for the day in the Virgin Islands. I called several companies, but Ocean Runner was the only one who had the boat that I wanted. They spent the time with me to make sure I knew where to go (and where not to go). We had a phenomenal day we'll never forget!
